Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On June 16, 2022, Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission a Current Report on Form 8-K to report the election of Mr. Brian Shirley to the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) on June 15, 2022. The Board did not appoint Mr. Shirley to serve on any of its committees at that time. Effective October 20, 2022, the Board appointed Mr. Shirley to serve on the Audit and Finance Committee of the Board.
